Why are we different?
Our years of experience in the home building field allows us to quickly evaluate a project and provide clear and competitive estimate.
How much does your service cost?
Each project is unique and must be evaluated. Larger projects can be estimated and a written estimate can be provided. Smaller projects will be handled with an hourly rate based on the type and the location of the project. Ongoing maintenance rates are available for rental properties, small businesses and medical offices.
Are you a contractor?
No, we are not contractors. We handle projects that are smaller and contractors are not interested in or don't have time for. We specialize in the projects you need when you don't know who to call.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are fully insured and listed on Sunbiz, the Florida Division of Corporations. Since we are not contractors we do not require a license.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2017.
